Welcome to the blog!

We are two people, one dog and three legs...well technically ten. But this is our story about going through life with some obstacles we have to maneuver and how we go about doing just that! And by the way, our life is fewer obstacles and more awesomeness. Stay tuned for more awesomeness...

Hello blog!

Just checking in. Moose didn't destroy the backyard on Leverette today when we left him out for the afternoon. Saw "Conviction" tonight - highly reccommended. Also highly recommend Sam Corbin and Jen Sygit for musical enjoyment.

That is all.

Med School Mountain

So, here goes...uphill climb from here to June 22nd. That's when Anna's boards are, and also what we call...the end of our exile. On June 22nd (or 23rd) Anna will get to move back home with Carl and we will be a full time family once again. It has been a tough journey, and these next two months will be even tougher (pray for patients, diligence and discipline for Anna), but we are ready to take it on so that it can be over. Jesus was in exile for 40 days, hmm...when you do the math 33+22, so really 55 days will be my exile...I just need to get my but in gear!!! YIKES. Thanks to everyone for being patient with me these past two years in knowing I have a few other things that have to take the front seat. It has been tough, and stressful but rewarding...and I bet, the hospital will have even more emotional rewards in store! So here is my goodbye, until the evening of June 22nd. I'll miss you, but hopefully I will get to see a whole lot more of you once we are clear on the other side of this mountain!
